Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed the following Sunday.

Delivery Times

Israel: 3-6 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
International: 7-14 business days

Local Pickup – Haifa
Local pickup is available free of charge from our Haifa office. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll notify you by email or WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection. Pickup is available by appointment, Sunday-Thursday.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
