Return & Cancellation Policy — ASSILÉ
Right of Cancellation
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item.
Cancellation Fee
The company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or ₪100 — whichever is lower — in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
Items must be:
- Accompanied by the original invoice
- Returned with the brand tag fully attached
- Unworn and unwashed, with no signs of use (deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, etc.)
- Free of any damage, defect, or flaw
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be sent back to the customer's address.
Return Shipping
- Courier pickup for a refund: ₪30 (deducted from the refund amount)
- Courier pickup for an exchange: ₪15
- Free self-drop-off by prior appointment at our offices
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
- An automatic confirmation email is sent once the refund is issued
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
Size exchanges are welcome, subject to availability.
